The remaining fee amount is then payable up until your chosen Nannies first day.

OUR COMPREHENSIVE NANNY SERVICE INCLUDES:
Taking the time to understand your families’ unique needs and requirements and using them to draft a thorough advertisement for your position
We then start immediately Advertising your role to our large database of nannies, our website, a range of job boards, social media, etc.
Next we begin Pre-screening and interviewing the potential candidates we think are the best fit for your role
We undertake child-related reference checks for all candidates
Verify all candidates’ Working with Children Checks/Blue Cards, and ensuring candidates have completed First Aid Certificates
We then begin to Create a shortlist of the best potential nannies and send through their resumes for families to review and provide feedback
Liaise with nannies and families to schedule interviews
Providing a 2-week probation period for your chosen nanny, to ensure you find the best fit for you and your family.
Supporting both families and nannies not only through recruitment but the entirety of the role to ensure a successful placement
